The role

Find, qualify and close clients in your local market who need web, mobile or AI automation work. You own the relationship and the negotiation; we handle scoping, quote approval and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Identify businesses that need web, mobile or automation work (SMBs, startups, agencies needing a dev partner)
• Qualify leads: needs, budget signal, timeline, decision-maker
• Run discovery conversations and bring us clear requirements
• Negotiate the deal in your market; final scope and quote are approved by Irash Tech before going to the client
• Stay the client’s main point of contact through closing

What you get

• 15% of project value on every client you bring
• Paid within 14 days of each client payment we receive (pro-rata for milestone payments)
• Commission on repeat projects from your clients for 12 months
• Fully remote, your own hours, keep your other work
• Sales kit: service overview, sample work, proposal templates, direct access to the founder

How commission works

   Negotiate

   Qualify and negotiate; we approve the final quote

3. Step 03

   Get paid

   Client pays; you earn 15% of what’s collected

4. Step 04

   Reversals

   Refunds or non-payment reverse the related commission
